Data is transmitted from endpoint players directly to onQ servers via HTTPS. The solution does not require access to the retailer's internal network relying on web protocols exposed via cloud-based firewall services.

The production network is strictly segmented into different zones based on security levels. Sensitive systems reside in dedicated, isolated computing environments to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
Encryption & Security
